Georgia SB 244 Attorney Training: Our Original Flagship

Learn the procedural framework, documentation questions, intake considerations and limits of the law. Choose the standalone course or pair it with your first year in the Attorney Network.
Five-module attorney course · Active checkout
Georgia SB 244 Training
Introduction, five modules and supplemental materials covering statutory context, fee-recovery and compensation distinctions, eligibility and filing questions, documentation, screening, and implementation considerations. Training is education, not certification or a promise of case referrals.

Attorney Network + SB 244 Training
Combine our flagship SB 244 training with a first-year Attorney Network directory profile. The separate products total $594. This bundle is $150 less. It does not include reserved ad space or a media campaign.
Both training and bundle checkout links are live Stripe payment links. Payments are one-time; the Network term in the bundle is the first year, not an automatic subscription. The course is educational and does not establish attorney certification, eligibility for compensation or an attorney-client relationship. Read our SB 244 overview.

Not looking for a directory profile?
You can still purchase a 30-day advertising position, request a media campaign or commission research independently.
For members, the directory serves as the permanent professional foundation while short-term spotlight placements offer added visibility during the purchased period.
Advertising is labeled and separate from independent Prison Project reporting. Membership and ads do not imply recommendation, client referral or legal outcome.

Commission original intelligence
From a court opinion to a city, county or facility dossier.
Tell us a jurisdiction, facility, public actor or litigation issue. We define an achievable public-record research assignment and deliver a source-linked report showing what was found, what remains disputed, and what records to obtain next.
Custom service · From $299
Case-law and docket scan
Example: Eleventh Circuit deliberate-indifference decisions on delayed specialty care, connected to docket entries and an authority matrix distinguishing outcomes and publication status.
Deliverables: issue summary, cited case matrix, links, unresolved authority check and further-research list.
Custom service · From $499
Facility / city / county dossier
Examples: Augusta medical-care policies and contractor history; Atlanta–Fulton jail civil-rights dockets; Marietta–Cobb publicly documented police-accountability litigation.
Deliverables: timeline, relevant cases, public agency policies, patterns worth investigating and a tailored records-request plan.
Scoped proposal
Pattern and actor research
Compare recurring public allegations, parties, contractors, judges, law-enforcement personnel and outcomes across filings, without confusing accusations with verified findings.
Deliverables: sourced relationship matrix, status-coded case list, chronology, conflicts and limitations.
Examples illustrate work we can commission, not claims that every city/county dossier is already finished. Prices are suggested starting points for bounded research; larger projects, PACER fees and government-record charges require a written scope and quote.
A practical research method
Where our intelligence comes from
We use publicly available sources, lawfully supplied materials and original synthesis. A database hit becomes a research lead, not an automatic finding of misconduct.
Appellate opinions and litigation records
Eleventh Circuit opinions, CourtListener / RECAP, and selected PACER filings where appropriate. We identify publication status, court, date and outcome.
Corrections policy and agency records
GDC SOPs and official reports, Florida and Alabama DOC materials, published PREA and oversight records, plus lawfully obtained records-request responses.
Mortality, facility and contractor data
Georgia Prisoners' Speak mortality research, facility profiles, and public procurement/contract records, checked against primary sources.
County and local accountability data
Public civil-rights dockets, municipal/county records, agency reports, independent collections and source-checked police misconduct leads, with court dispositions and allegation status separated.
Sources belong to their respective publishers and public agencies. No affiliation or endorsement by the Eleventh Circuit, CourtListener, Georgia Prisoners' Speak or corrections departments is implied. Some records require fees or restricted access; we do not claim a completed live integration with every database.
Six limited directory placements
Advertise independently, or save with membership.
An attorney can advertise without purchasing a directory membership. A Network member receives a discount. Each spotlight is a defined 30-day promotional placement, not a permanent directory listing.
Two positions
Premier Spotlight
Member introductory rate: $149. Highest-priority promotional position in the Attorney Network layout.
Two positions
Featured Spotlight
Member introductory rate: $69. Prominent photo, firm details and links above the regular attorney results.
Two positions
Sponsored Placement
Member introductory rate: $29. Labeled promotional placement associated with the attorney network.
Introductory rates are confirmed in writing with each advertiser before reservation and are subject to available inventory. Advertisements may be paid or complimentary; all are labeled and do not represent Prison Project endorsements. Placement dates and location confirmed before an invoice is sent. No impressions, client inquiries or referrals guaranteed.
Optional media services
Useful content deserves a coordinated campaign.
Defined pilot campaign
Premium Media Placement
For an attorney-approved educational message, service announcement or evergreen clip. A basic project proposal can include one tailored graphic/caption set and two scheduled promotional posts on agreed participating Prison Project channels.
We confirm channels, dates, editorial/advertising labels, revision allowance and approval before delivery. Additional video production or extended scheduling is separately scoped.
Defined practice support
AI-Assisted Practice Content & Workflows
We can prepare attorney-reviewed intake questionnaires, firm FAQs, educational explainer drafts, source-linked research indexes and administrative response templates from firm-approved materials.
Projects are quoted individually. Work involving confidential client documents requires appropriate safeguards and a specific agreement; we do not promise a deployed secure client-file platform today.
Straight answers
Before you order
Does SB 244 training come with a directory membership?
You can purchase the $297 attorney training alone. The $444 introductory bundle includes the same training plus a first-year attorney directory profile. Advertising, commissioned research and social-media campaigns are separate. The course explains the two SB 244-related legal tracks; it does not guarantee a fee award, compensation, representation, or client work.
Do I have to join the directory to buy advertising or research?
No. Each service can be commissioned on its own. Member pricing is available on qualified advertising placements during an active membership.
Can I buy a litigation intelligence pack instantly?
Existing dated editions are available for preview and ordering inquiries. We confirm the edition, research cutoff, rights, license and fulfillment before payment. Custom analysis is separately scoped. Only the $297 founding membership currently has an established one-click checkout on this page.
Do you research a particular city, county, facility or judge?
Yes, where suitable lawful public records exist. We agree on the exact question, available sources, time range and permissible use in advance. A public allegation is not treated as proof; unsupported or nonpublic information is not represented as verified.
Will Prison Project guarantee referrals, clients or legal results?
No. Advertising buys the defined promotional service, and intelligence provides research materials for independent attorney evaluation. It does not purchase an editorial conclusion, favorable coverage, a case outcome or a referral.
Can our firm approve content before publication?
Yes for paid promotional material. The agreed campaign materials require firm approval and proper sponsorship labeling. Independent newsroom reporting remains under Prison Project editorial control.
How is billing handled?
The founding membership is presently a single first-year payment of $297 through Stripe. Advertising, media, custom research and research-pack orders are arranged through written scope and an invoice or approved payment link. No automatic recurring advertising charge is assumed.
